Overview

What do you do when you’re faced with anxiety? A lot of us have different methods for coping with it. And we all experience anxiety differently. Which is why in this challenge, I am giving you a bunch of tips! From breathing, to tea, and even shaking it out - this challenge offers a lot.

This challenge will feature a lot of new movements. We’ll focus on grounding in Staff pose. And then rocking it out in Happy Baby. There will be moments where we just sit and enjoy some tea. I can’t wait for you to get started. My hope is for you to find elements in this challenge you can use in your daily life. There’s so much waiting for you in this challenge!
