Welcome to your Core Challenge! Each challenge day focuses on a specific pose or movement to target that core. While it is about building up a strong core, this challenge is so much more.It's going to get intense at times, so give yourself breaks. You do not have to do every day in a row.
My goal with this challenge is to give you options.That way when you're practicing at home you can choose to add some core conditioning to your practice at will.
Amplifying Side Plank can turn into hips dips... A plain Boat pose can turn into an active movement with high boat into low boat... Let's mix it up and finding more ways to have fun in your home yoga practice!
