Our class today will be a smidge more active. Not staying seated the whole time, we will work through a few lunges. We’ll start off waking up the spine with some Cat/Cows. From there, we’ll make our way into our Modified Lunge series. Then, we’ll stretch out our hips with a Pigeon series. After that, we’ll wrap it up on our backs with a few more hip stretches before Shavasana.
