We’ll be focusing on learning as we do our yoga flows over the next 7 days. This means things will move a bit slower for demonstrations purposes, but you’re certainly going to learn a lot! Be sure to grab a yoga block and a couple of towels for your first day.

As we move through our practice today you’ll learn a dozen or more helpful tips for how to most effectively use blocks and towels. These props help us to avoid compensating in yoga postures so we can truly get the most out of each pose we do. Lastly, we’ll use each towel to encourage our spine into proper alignment in Shavasana.
